Why You Ought to Love Unsubscribes

In case you are like most new entrepreneurs you simply dread logging into your autoresponder and seeing that you’ve misplaced checklist members on account of them unsubscribing. Nicely I’m right here to inform you three good causes to stay up for getting unsubscribes.

The primary is that you’re really utilizing your record. The one means that I’ve ever seen to not get an unsubscribe is to by no means ship an electronic mail. If you’re not going to make use of the listing why go to the effort and time to construct it. So congratulate your self while you get the unsubscribe since you are literally utilizing your checklist.

The second factor is that somebody is opening your e mail. To unsubscribe they needed to not less than open the e-mail and click on the unsubscribe hyperlink. The nice factor is that your headline labored and bought them to open your e-mail. Now in case you are utilizing dishonest headlines, (You have got gained, your account standing, and different headlines alongside these traces) this isn’t a great factor and you might be reaping what you might have sown. In case you are utilizing a stable headline that matches your e mail and it will get opened this can be a good factor. Your headline is doing its job.

The third good cause to be glad to get unsubscribes has to do with persona. Now here’s a shocker (stated with sarcasm dripping from the keyboard) Not everybody goes to love you or your writing fashion. Those who do not will unsubscribe. The great factor although is that if they do not care in your type you’ll by no means construct a relationship with them. If you cannot construct a relationship with them they are going to almost definitely by no means purchase from you. So every unsubscribe will make your checklist extra focused to individuals who truly like your type and usually tend to reply favorably to your gives that meet their wants.

So now you’ve gotten three good causes to now not dread seeing that folks have determined to unsubscribe out of your record. Rejoice in the truth that you might be truly making your checklist stronger and extra worthwhile for you within the longer run.

Management- Or Management Software?

Management- Or Management Software?

If you’re struggling to manage your homeowners association with limited tools, but don’t want to hire a management company, HOA management software may be a happy compromise.

As a self-managed association, finding the right tools to manage your HOA can be difficult. Most tools on the market are generic for basic accounting and data tracking so any type of company can use them. For community associations, this usually doesn’t work due to the unique types of accounting and data that need to be tracked. Records of outbound payments to vendors, incoming dues payments from homeowners, and information regarding common areas and specific units and lots can require page after page of spreadsheets using Excel or Excel-like grids. HOA management software eliminates the need for these spreadsheets by putting all the information in one place. Condo Manager takes it a step further and integrates accounting functions so only one program is needed for everything.

All versions of Condo Manager come equipped with an accrual accounting system and the ability to create accounts for every owner and home in the association. With the accounting functions, users can input and pay vendor invoices, receive and process dues payments (or integrate lockbox!), and even reconcile bank assessments. These accounting functions are wizard supported and user-friendly, so whether the user has a degree in accounting or hates basic math, the system is simple to use. Each individual owner account can store information such as alternative addresses, contact information, pool fob and parking numbers, or any other pertinent information using customizable fields.

As a module based solution, additional features can be added on a need basis. Small, single-family associations may not need the work order module like a condominium association, but could benefit greatly from the architectural request and violations module. Track requests from submission to approval, and violations from creation through the different levels of your enforcement process.

We understand board members are busy, so Condo Manager’s built in to-do list can create reminders within the program so everything from an ARC to dues assessments is taken care of in a timely manner and nothing is forgotten. With every aspect of managing the association included in one easy to use solution, the perfect tools to ensure your association is at its very best are at your fingertips.

If Social Media Marketing is all about creating powerful, cost-effective method for connecting your brand or company with your customers, why are so many social media analytics platforms and tools so expensive?  The price tags for some professional-level social media dashboard systems alone can add hundreds of dollars a month to even the most humble marketing campaigns.  What gives?

The reality is that most individuals, small businesses and mid-size brands don’t need the high-powered, enterprise-level tools the big guys use. In fact, many of the best tools and platforms are available for free.
Star Social offers business owners 3 brilliant solutions, each easy perfectly tailored for time and budget.  Star Social FREE, gives light social media managers a great social media dashboard, a brilliant Visual Composer (to create stunning memes) and limited research by keyword or RSS feed.  Star Social PRO gives business owners and social media managers unlimited use of the dashboard, scheduling and content research for under $10 a month.  For businesses looking to outsource their social media management, Star Social Content Writing Service allows businesses to target users on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, with guaranteed tweets, posts and image shares.

1. Create Valuable Content

Posts on Twitter have the shortest lifespan out of any other social media, so how can we make sure that the content we are promoting is worth the time of our followers? There are three simple questions that we can ask ourselves to be sure we aren’t wasting our time or anyone else’s.

Is It Bold?

Show what you stand for and share your experiences. Kawasaki noted, “You become more interesting when you have people you piss off.” The point here is not to intentionally anger people. Just don’t waste any time worrying. You know who your target audience is, and you know the information they are looking for. They want to know what you think, so show them where you stand and be confident in your knowledge.

Is It Brief?

Don’t overwhelm your audience with too much text in a single post. Twitter has a character limit for a reason, and it’s good practice to place your own limitations on all your social media posts. Try to keep your non-tweet posts around 250 characters. Not only does this help to keep the interest of your readers, it makes sure none of your text gets cut off.

Does it pass the “reshare” test?

Make sure it’s worth passing along. The most reshareable or retweetable posts usually fall under one of four categories:
– Information
– Analysis
– Assistance
– Entertainment

In the end, always go back to see how your posts are received, and if need be, figure out what you can improve upon next time.

2. Use Images

Make the most of every post you create by adding an eye-catching and relevant image. Sites like Canva or PicMonkey can help you create great post images if you don’t have any image-editing apps of your own.

If you aren’t artistically inclined, but don’t have someone to help create graphics for your social media, check out this Socially Stacked blog on how to make designer-quality images.

3. Schedule and Cross-Post

Use social media tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule out your posts. Social media scheduling platforms can help you get the job done well, while streamlining the posting process for you a bit.

And don’t be afraid to create the same post for multiple social media sites. Cross-posting can get those important posts as much visibility as you can muster. You want to try to reach as large an audience as possible with your posts, so be generous with your sharing.

4. Testing and Analysis

If you aren’t using data from past posts to improve future ones, your are missing out, big time.

Create different versions of your posts, A/B test to see what gets more links. Or, see how your posts look “incognito”, so you know what other users are seeing on their end with their different devices and browsers.

Close analysis takes effort, but can be rewarding if you’re willing to put in a little time and research.

5. Keep Calm and Post Often

It’s hard to know exactly how often you should post, or repost, content. On their blog, Buffer does a great job of explaining the methodology behind their own social media management and post frequency. Much of the data they provide can help you to form your own social media strategy and anticipate its success.  It is very important to keep an eye on the analytics coming out of your posts. Social media is a continually changing thing; a repost in November may bring in many more leads than the original post did during the summer. Watch for trends and interesting data, and be sure to take advantage of them!

Making a profit from Writing ?

If you’re passionate about writing and want to make it your career, you need to be resourceful, professional, determined and self-motivated to succeed. Writing for a living isn’t easy and unless you’ve already landed a five figure book deal for your latest novel, you need to be as creative in generating income as you are with your words.

To help you profit from writing, here are a few opportunities to explore:
TheBizWorks.com Guest Post
Writing for Magazines
This is the starting point for many freelance writers who want to be published and paid. Magazines require good content and many editors still rely on freelance writers to provide it. Although the market is competitive, if you can produce well-researched, original articles to suit the magazine’s style and readership, you’ll have a greater chance of winning a commission.

My tips: Focus on writing about what you know, drawing upon any specialist knowledge or interests. Use the Internet to study publications all over the world to increase your markets.

Write Greetings Card Verses
Greetings card companies often seek original verse or prose for their range of cards. If you have a forte for writing short humorous or meaningful passages, this could provide a successful opening for you.

My tips: Take a look at the verses in greetings cards to study their style. Create a few sample verses. Note the name of the greetings card publisher and contact them for their current requirements.

Create Copy for the Business Sector
One of the more lucrative writing opportunities is copywriting for businesses and public sector organisations. If your writing is concise, clear and fresh, you’ll find there is a market for your services producing leaflets, guides, press releases, advertising copy and web content.

My tips: Produce a portfolio of your work to show the diversity of your skills. Attend a business network event to market your services.

Take a Staff Writing Job
Freelance writing is great but if you prefer the relative security of a regular income and the warmth and vitality of a creative office environment, you might consider applying for a staff based writing position. Many opportunities exist for journalists, copywriters, web content writers, editors and feature writers. Recently, a major company even required the services of a dedicated letter writer! The skills of a quality writer are in demand and you’ll find that most salaries reflect this.

My tips: Spend time writing a professional CV and produce some sample writing. First impressions count!

Become a Ghost-writer!
Some writers make a reasonable living ghost-writing other people’s life stories. You can receive payment on a work-for-hire basis or on a royalty share agreement. If you enjoy interviewing people and writing at length, this will have great appeal.

My tips: Speak to other ghost-writers and research the book publishing field so that you gain a reasonable working knowledge of the current trends.

Compile Crosswords, Puzzles and Fillers
Writing short filler material, from anecdotes to puzzles, can be quite rewarding. Many publications feature a regular crossword to entertain their readers. Although considered to be quite a closed-market, it is worth approaching publications with ideas or samples for consideration.

My tips: Research your markets carefully. Target new publications where there may be openings. Offer fillers and puzzles relevant to the target readership.

Expand Your Range of Services
Some writers find it easy spotting typos or English grammar mistakes. If you’re one of them, consider taking a course in editing or proofreading to expand on your range of wordsmith services! There is often a decent demand for these services so it will provide an additional source of revenue.

My tips: Take a course and gain a qualification. Contact publishing companies as many now use the services of freelance copyeditors and proofreaders.

If you have specialist knowledge, consider writing and self-publishing a book or a series of guides or newsletters! With the right topic and good marketing, you can build a niche publication. For example, some authors have turned their hobby of walking into providing guidebooks and newsletters on local walks. You could do something similar, whether your interest is sewing, cycling, cooking or woodworking.

My tips: try print-on-demand publishing or publishing electronically to keep costs down while you’re building your publishing venture.

Good luck in your career as a writer! With the right approach, you’ll find there are many opportunities to become a successful wordsmith.

Art Collectors Examining Marko Stout

By Elizabeth Schwartz

000_marko_stout_gallery_pics2The luxury lifestyle writer Joy Donnel said of Marko Stout works, “… today’s art collectors are no longer looking for art that’s just pretty — they want rigor and art that tells a story. As emerging artist Marko Stout enters high-end luxury art markets, many collectors are turning their attention to the vibrancy of his work”.

So who is this artist collectors are seeking out? Marko Stout is a passionately prolific mixed media and installation artist and urban storyteller of sorts. Manhattan-based but in no way bounded, his artistic “limitations” are both ceaseless and seamless. Celebrated for his innate ability to entwine styles of the gritty urban world- particularly NYC with the erotic aura of feminine ferocity, Marko’s inventive work has taken Manhattan by storm; a storm that has no intention of turning into a steady drizzle anytime soon.

It is undeniably refreshing to observe works of art that has a female subject who radiates with vigor, independence and energy. Stout has spent a substantial amount of time during his artistic career capturing what he often refers to as the “grit” of New York City, mainly the Chelsea Area. Grit, grunge, energy, high rent, all of what the city has to offer, Marko Stout harnesses. His trademark graffiti-esque imagery and raw use of color capture the spirit and dynamism of city life with a fervor that is almost aggressive in its approach… a fierce depiction of the contemporary urban female. Stout’s pop art style is heavily influenced by artistic wizards like Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Richard Hamilton, Jackson Pollock and Jeff Koons. However, artist Marko Stout definitely has his own style marking this mid-career artist highly pursued by today’s contemporary art collectors. Current prints have an average gallery selling price of $16,000 to $60,000, depending on the work, dimensions and edition size. Stout’s installation works are selling for $80,000 to $460,000.

Marko Stout and his most recent series entitles, “Chelsea Girls” have hit the road on an international tour, giving collectors many opportunities to view this work first hand and even pick up a couple pieces for their contemporary artists collections. Starting this past April in New York, his work is on a 10-city world tour that kicked off at the ArtExpo and Freeze shows in New York City (where else?) and will wrap up in Paris in June of 2016. In between the show will hit Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, Berlin, Toronto, San Diego, Miami, Stuttgart, Los Angeles and Palm Beach.

How to turn spam into profit ?

Turn spam into profit! This is a little trick I have learned in the past ! I got a lot of spam in comments, and it got me frustrated ! Why, simple, I had to remove it every time. And even if there are great programs that can remove your spam, I still got stuck with the spam!

Then I was thinking, I can better use the spam comment that I got. For example I got this comment :

I love your website. I found it by mistake, but I sure hope that you visit my shitty website as well!

Sorry, Shitty website would not be standing there. But some link to there affiliate would be. And this is what I did with it.

I changed the link as you can see in above example and approved the comment. Result. The person was checking  the link and I made money from it !

I know. Maybe not complete correct. But he, I made a profit from my website in that way.

This is just one idea I did. And there are plenty other ideas ! I know for sure! Maybe you know something else. Lets talk about it here !

Affiliate profit the easy way!

There are lots of websites that actual offer you a way to make money. They even go so far tat they actual are offering you up to 70% from every sale ?? Yes, 70 % !!! Meaning you get 70 dollar from every 100 dollar that is sold? You do not believe it? Then check it out here! They sell WordPress Themes Themes and plugins and you get 70% of it ! Simple register and give your PayPal account in and you are good to go!

But there are more similar websites, like this website that is actual is selling complete websites and / or domain names. Register as a affiliate and you get 25 % of every sold websites in there shop.

And there are more ways ! Hosting for example is also a good way to make a profit. 40 % of every sale is not nothing!

And if you are looking for special affiliate programs, then you can even offer Adult Hosting affiliate, and you will see that a lot of people are looking for that.

Try it out, again, simple register and spread the word about it. Tell me the results you got in a comment! (No spam ! Thanks)  And If you have others that you would like to mention where you have a good result withaffiliate, then let me know, and I will test it, and place the result under this little article.

Invoice Home-A Quick and Easy Free Online Invoice System

Invoice Home-A Quick and Easy Free Online Invoice System

The thing about putting up a business is that you have to divide your focus on some details and functionality. One of the most crucial compartments in an entrepreneurial endeavor is trading part — where you give off the service or the products in exchange for a set payment rate. Sometimes, the problem is not about the other end not wanting to equate the transaction, but unwanted obstructions that simply bog down the whole getting paid process. This is why invoicing is utterly significant, and that is why it has to be in a more seamless, attractive and efficient manner. On that note, Invoice Home might as well be the end game of invoicing for you.

The Premise

Invoicehome.com is a free online invoice system that seeks to aid small online business and entrepreneurs alike by being able to enjoy the easy creation of highly effective and innovative electronic invoices. It comes with an easy interface that can make invoicing painless without any form of studied knowledge or anything to that effect. In a nutshell, it is a no brainer tool. The kind of thing you need to get paid in the fastest and most reliable manner.

Getting Signed Up

Once again, the system is for free and you can enjoy its features and functionality to improve your business processes and manage your invoices without any form of exhaustion or the anxiety of any failed attempt to send the bill right up to your clients. Direct. No swerves and no delays. Just your invoice showing up to who they have to.

How It Works

You know the drill, at least the first part. You have to sign up and you, again, can do that penniless. The logic — you are invoicing to get payment, not the other way around. Once you have signed up, you will see the dashboard and then be able to create the invoices that you have to bill to respective recipients to. As promised, preparing an invoice is so easy, all it takes is to click “New Invoice” and then fill out the required details, which would be your company name or your name together with your address, if you might like, as well as the name of the person or company to which the invoice must be billed out to. You will then have to enter the necessary details such as the product or service availed, the quantity of the item or the length of the service, the amount that goes in accord to your discussed rate, and so on. You can even include tax adjustments should there be a need that resonates with an agreement between you and the client.

In addition, there’s the pre-final step of downloading the created invoice into a PDF file. That then becomes more device-friendly and readable to just about any mobile platform.

Essential Features

Invoice Home makes life easier in terms of electronic invoicing would be its free templates. You can simply customize the look of your invoices by choosing from any of the given free options and go with what you think would be appropriate for the theme of your business or the kind of vibe that you want to relay upon sending the bill out.

Another essential feature of the site is its dashboard. Basically, this is where you will see the invoices you have created, which ones are overdue, which ones are still unpaid, a chart for the overall invoice list and the clients to which you still have to send out invoices to. Also, this part becomes easier because of the advanced search, where you can just simply type the client’s name, the items or the address of a recipient.

Getting An Upgrade

While Invoice Home is generally for free, it leaves an option for upgrading the free plan. Through this, you can create invoices for an unlimited list of clients, email as much as you want and have documented reports generated anytime you need them. All these are only for a price of $5 a month, which is definitely not a solid deal. In contrast, the upgraded plan does not limit your invoice to only $1,000 a month, which is ideal for higher end deals.

Some Final Words

In addition to the whole premise, system and overall functionality of Invoice Home, it is also integrated with PayPal, which means to say in your invoices, you can incorporate a click to pay via PayPal option to make payments much easier for you and your clients.

You can even be more creative by incorporating your logo or trying out the logos prepared by Invoice Home for you.

With a fast and truly accommodating support team and secure data for invoicing,

TSLA_Ticker_4-1 (2)What many people don’t realize is how they operate. While people work 12-14 even 20 hours that does not mean it is productive. Remaining focused is one of the key drivers to success. I hear all the time that people work these ungodly hours and what that says to me is one of two things, I have no life and no one likes me, or I am so unfocused that I bounce around from one task to another.

Neither will get you to the Promised Land. The first one I cannot help you with except you may reach out to me and we can begin a text chat so that you have one friend, because having all the money and success is worth nothing without people to share it with.

Now the second issues is fixable. I am one of the most unfocused individuals and have proven that to myself time and time again. As a matter of fact I begin this post and ended up writing 2 other completely different post as I kept getting sidetracked into other ideas. Sitting here right now and maintain the focus I need is terrible as I find my mind wandering into features of TrueIPO I need to develop of the way I want to have the look and feel of the blog. I have to continually bring myself back. The key here is I know this and control it. Most people have no clue they do this. What people tend to do is build lists of things to do and then focus on the ones they like to do putting all their passion into those. While there is nothing wrong with this it escalates. When you begin completing your passionate list and start to get to the items you don’t really want to do you add more to the list to fill the void of passion. So those items which I would imagine are important or they would not be on your list get pushed down further and begin to occupy space.

While each person needs to find their own fix for this I have some ideas that have True_Financial_Technologies__iOSbeen helpful to me. Our things to do is a never ending list that grows and shrinks based on what we are doing. People do many things to control this. You can begin a Trello Board or an Excel Spreadsheet or both. I use both for different types of lists but my true things to do list is on a white board in my office where I can see it every day so I am forced to see the things I don’t want to do. The reality is when an item gets on a list and is there longer than a day or so it becomes one of those hated tasks we procrastinate.
I create what is referred to a Most Important Task list or “MIT”. I would love to take credit for this but I read this on a blog or new story like this. Tis had helped me tremendously. It works like this. I add 3 and only 3 items to this list every day. What I do is put 2 that I will have lots of passion doing and 1 that seems to get pushed down the list. This allows me to have fun with the workload while also completing some of the important items that I don’t want to.

For instance today I had the following:
• Write a Blog Post
• Watch Videos of Competitor technology (from their website not illegal)
• Design TruePulse webpage

So out of those three which was the one I did not want to do. For me it was simple I love creating so 1 and 3 were layups while sitting and watching a video while important very boring is the one I have actually put off for one month now.
I was reading a great article that was on Business Insider I believe and it had a list of what some of the top entrepreneurs do each day to stay sane. I want to highlight some of these as they are great to learn from:
Asana CEO Dustin Moskovitz has No Meetings Wednesdays. Doing this will allow you to really catch up on some of the things that just need 100% focus and without interruptions

Beth Doane, founder of Raintrees, let’s all calls go to voicemail. Depending on your business I think this is fine as I do the same thing. If it is really important they will email, text, hit me on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or wherever else. I am not hiding I am busy and need to se meetings so I can remain focused.

Shark Tank” investor Barbara Corcoran keeps track of her investments with photos on her wall. Must be quite a wall. This is actually brilliant. I have a wall in my office that is just a whiteboard for the same type of focus.
Tracy DiNunzio, founder and CEO of Tradesy, works from home one day each week. I think this is also an incredible idea and I have implemented this as it again allows me to work in an environment where I am not interrupted and can truly focus on the areas that require complete silence.

Finding ways to keep on task is essential for success. In order to truly understand what you do each and every day spend one solid week writing down each and everything you do so you can truly see where you are in the big scheme of things. Most people who have taken on this task were amazed at how much time they spent on items that while urgent are not important.
